Hello, my name is Mrs. Moss. You can find me in the math department at Centura.

Grades are earned through completing homework, quizzes, online assessments, and chapter tests. Errors in daily homework that is graded can be reworked for partial credit. These problems must be reworked correctly, not just answered correctly. The original paper along with the new paper must be handed in within about a week of receiving the original grade. Papers will not receive credit if proper work is not shown or if the assessment of the material has taken place. I will not accept papers at the end of the quarter in a last ditch effort to raise a score. Extra credit is sometimes offered to the class as a whole but never to an individual as a “save me” request. It is important to earn the grade by doing homework and preparing for assessments consistently, not by completing puzzles or playing games.
